Daily Mail offices in virtual London in Second Life

Success of London in Second Life has been further enhanced by the building of the Daily Mail Head Offices known as Northcliffe House.

They are using London to increase presence, put real world content into Second Life and provide training for staff.

Nik Hewitt of DMGT says “the London region provides us with a ready made environment to achieve our exposure and distribute content. It's already a great success and we will be looking to do more. Deborah Butler, who built the London presence in Second Life says “the quality of the London region has always been my top priority and has now started to pay off, we are attracting real businesses and London will soon be used as a Community Gateway.
